What you'll need

Ingredients

1/34 oz Axia Mastiha Spirit
3 1/2 oz London Essence Ginger Beer
1/3 oz Monin Orgeat Almond Syrup
1/3 oz Monin Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

STEP 1

Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker with cubed ice.

STEP 2

Shake and fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with London Essence Ginger Beer.

STEP 3

Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
